The new company was incorporated on September 16, 1935 and claimed some of the most experienced men in investment banking as assets. Harold Stanley, at age 42 one of the youngest J.P. Morgan and Company partners, was president. Henry Morgan, grandson of J. P., was secretary-treasurer.
